Bevin Sofa

The sofa was supposed to be on a next day delivery. We discovered that the sofa came in two boxes. One part of the sofa was delivered on time, the next day. We then struggled to get the second box delivered as it was a two man lift and it became abundently apparent that the delivery company didnt have two people to send, to offload the box. My girlfriend ended up assisting the delivery driver with getting the 2nd larger box off the van, when it eventually arrived late as the poor sod delivering could not get the box off his van on his own. Understandably by the way ...I am not in any way having a dig a the guy. When we come to assemble the sofa, we discovere that the joining brackets on the frame were mounted upside down, making it impossible to assemble. We removed and rotated them and finally the sofa went together, and to be fair went together well. However, the cushions were as hard as hell. We could not get commfortable on it in any way. Instead of sinking into a comfy seat cushion, I found myself sitting ontop of a hard cushion. To summarise, the sofa looked good, went together well once the brackets were corrected, and appaeared good value for money...thats if you want to just want to look at it. If you want to use it and sit on it, be prepared for a sore backside.....and nohope of comfort.
