This wasnt what I expected. Its sort of off white as you can see a wood grain through it. I agree with a previous review that it is not solid wood. Mine was also significantly damaged, scratched and dented. Hopefully Im just unlucky. Im returning it.

Absolutely shocking quality …. Numerous chips on top of shelving, dried wood stain drips on front of shelving… DO NOT PURCHASE

Delivery exceeded expectations, as it arrived exactly 1 week prior to what the e-mail confirmation stated. However I would disagree that it is solid wood. It came flat packed to be assembled at home, and it clearly is not made of solid wood, but particle board. I am sure that describing it as solid wood when it is not contravenes some advertising law somewhere!
