I ordered this bookcase but the final part in the assembly was faulty (the screw holes were misaligned), I contacted suppot and was set to recieve a replacemnet part. However, a replacement part could not be sourced so they sent me a whole new bookcase. Unfortunately this bookcase also suffered the exact same fault. I again contacted support and was told a replacement part would be shipped, however once again they instead sent me a whole new bookcase. This one did have the correct part! So now I have 3 bookcases for the price of 1. There are likely still packaged faulty versions so order with care, although they can't seem to make replacement parts so If you're handy with a drill you can get extra bookcases for free and still work with it.
