Had to call on 2 or 3 occasions to chase up bed. Had to be reordered. When arrived bed was damaged which I reported and kept with a reduce in price as daughter couldnt sleep without a bed and didnt know long a replacement wouldve taken. Headboard was missing. Was told it would be delivered on a smaller van. Again Had to phone and chase. Was delivered the following week. Courier tried to deliver another headboard, a week or so a go. We declined this and was sent back with the driver. I think that Wayfair and the Courier company need to communicate a bit better. Otherwise you may lose customers.
