Unfortunately, my order arrived with damaged packaging, and upon opening the box, the individual items were damaged as well. I contacted customer service, who promptly arranged a refund and were very helpful throughout the process.

One hole for lumbar support adjustment is misaligned and I cannot fit a screw in it overall Good chair, not yet much used only time will tell but atm okay and looks good.
