Ivoneta 78cm Wide Ergonomic Recliner with Massager

Originally I rang wayfair to check on the chairs specifications and was told it was both manual reclining and electric, it is manual only the massage pads are electric. How this chair was given 5* I do not know how, when you manually try to fix its position it collapses back, my weight is 10 stones, this should not happen. It’s not as comfortable as my previous recliner have added 2 small pillows, for additional comfort, careful what you pay. On the plus side originally had problems with Angie the installers, they redeemed themselves by sending out”Joe” who was first class in every way. The customer service team tried to be very helpful and the last chap I spoke to really got things moving, so thank you for that. Overall would I recommend this chair, don’t expect too much

My chair was delivered on time and Barry sent it up for me today I love it thank brilliant service.

I ordered this chair as I have chronic back and hip pain,this chair helped me when the pain gets worse,I site in it and put the massage on today I put my needs to help with the pain and it worked,

The best thing about this chair is the built-in massage function. The chair does not have enough padding on the arms. The extra padding on the footstool and seat feels like a pillow has been sown to a minimal amount of underlying existing foam, leaving a bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable result. However, the main criticism is that the chair is perpetually in a tilted back position even before the back is pushed back into a lounge position, making it difficult to get out of if you have mobility and back problems. Glad I did not pay the full price of this chair, but the price I paid is too much.

Brilliant. The massage chair is fantastic, after a long day what better way to relax and have a massage at the same time. Very good for arthritis.
