Jaonte Memory Foam Divan Bed Set

Look of bed overall matches photos but arrived ripped in a small part,fortunately where the bed joins so wont be seen and the black bit underneath was also detached so we had to staple this to stop it ripping further, this was despite being double wrapped in plastic so would have not been the courier. Mattress is very thick and comfortable.

Just arrived today. Looks super and brilliant quality.

The base is good but the mattress is awful. We haven’t even had this a year yet and it’s only had my 13yr old son sleeping on it and the mattress has a spring coming through it and it has dipped in the middle. For £424 it’s not worth it as now we need to purchase a new mattress 8 months in!

Good quality bed very comfortable

The bed itself is ok, but the delivery was appalling, as in worst ever experience. The ‘room of choice delivery’ is a joke because the delivery driver (the woman) was completely rude. They arrived 3 hours earlier than planned and found me in a meeting, by the time I’d opened the door and excused myself from the meeting they’d brought everything onto the landing. When I asked them to bring it to the room the woman got angry and shouted ‘you didn’t tell us!’. Anywho, when I asked them to take off their shoes on the carpet she went completely wild and started shouting about how she wouldn’t do that and it takes too long, she has 5mins per delivery and 30 deliveries to do and they are not provided with any tools - I was completely shocked and just closed the door after that. If that wasn’t bad enough, Wayfair’s response was ‘it’s a healthy and safety issue and the bed could fall on their toes’. As if they are the first people to do this Why didn’t they bring shoe covers Will Wayfair pay for my carpet to be cleaned They added there was nothing they could do to rectify the issue - I.e. send someone to take it up to the room. So there I was a heavily pregnant woman with furniture in the wrong place. Thanks guys, never doing business with you. Zero accountability.

The bed is absolutely gorgeous and the delivery men went above and beyond to make sure it was in my room of choice, I’m very grateful and will definitely be ordering again

Absolutely terrible service from wayfair, it arrived 20 days after the eta. Now Ive got it Im not happy, a drawer is damaged, and the socket it goes into. Also, the base of the bed is cracked, and to top it off, the screws that are used to attach the 2 bases have not been delivered. But onto the product, if it were not damaged, I would still be displeased, the build is cheap, and the fabric is crudely stapled, as if no attention was applied whilst constructing the product. Im not sure if it was supposed to come with instructions, but there was none. Luckily, I enjoy figuring things out, but its incredibly inconsiderate. Cheers Wayfair. Thanks for allowing me to sleep on a camping bed for much longer than intended. As far as I can see, you are an abysmal company with no regard for service and quality. 1010 would complain again.
