Jenness 2 Door Wardrobe

Very pleased with this item. It looks lovely and is very spacious. Fairly easy to assemble as well

Great product very sturdy and well made

Product is good but rest of the things were worst. They took extra money for faster delivery but delivered 5 days later than the date in Ad (cheaper option with 2-3 weeks delivery was available). Poorest customer service( not the person but the process). I would have cancelled the order unless paid by gift card. They (Wayfair) don't bother about customer service and their concerns, no goodwill/compensation and not even proper contact details of the seller. Not apologetic either.

the instructions are not clear

Just received my wardrobe and I have found out that some of the parts are broken while opening the box. I hoped that broken parts are hidden and go behind the wardrobe so I’ve decided to proceed to assemble it. After assembling it, the door has a defect and don’t go on the same level as another. Not happy with the quality considering it’s price

Absolutely disgusting! This is what I got out of the box. Its for my teenage daughters room and she was insisting on this one but what a waste of money . Otherwise it would be good looking if not it’s quality.

lovely wardrobe but came chipped

Absolutely amazing product and service from start to finished the delivery kept you up to date

No good quality. The top of the wardrobe came damaged. We found this after we made a start building the wardrobe. Didn’t have the energy to take the boxes back down from the loft so had to keep it. Instructions are not helpful. Not happy with the purchase.

Good unit with versatile storage options and a nice compact size for smaller rooms. Went together well, I just wish it had door handles!
