Keillan 2 Seater Faux Leather Loveseat

Awful sofa nothing like tge picture. Bent frame too. Not the best thing bought from Mayfair at all not happy!

My order arrived and when I built it I found 2 of the main sofa cushions facing outwards (so on view) had markings on them - they didn't look new. Also, one of the frame struts was bent where you screw it to the frame so when it was constructed the whole frame was twisted so only 3 feet are on the floor and it rocks when you sit down on it. I reported it the same day and asked for replacement items which I was informed would be with me in a few days - I thought that was pretty good. That then changed to a month as they didn't have the stock. So now I have to wait a month to see if the replacement parts fix all the issues. This was my first ever purchase with Wayfair - not a very good experience. Then I receive an email asking for a second chance with Wayfair. 'We’re so sorry your order #‌3***********didn't go as planned, and we hope our team has been helpful in resolving this issue. Delivering an easy, stress-free experience is our number one priority, and we know we missed the mark. But we’re asking for another chance.' Well know the issue isn't resolved as I have to wait until the end of November to get the replacement parts. Photos included showing marks on the cushions and the distance off the floor the 4th leg is. I tried adjusting the struts but to no avail.
