STINK!! The seat cushions on these stools smell so incredibly bad, it is unbelievable! As soon as I opened the plastic bags on the cushions, the smell was immediately obvious. I thought they would just need a few hours or days for the smell to dissipate. If only! It has been over 5 months now and they still stink. I have heavily sprinkled baking soda on the cushions, waited, and then vacuumed in an attempt to absorb and remove/reduce the smell but it made little difference. I am so disappointed. I love the look of these stools, and the construction is solid, but the stools are so stinky that when company comes over, we remove the stools and put them in the garage or outside. If Wayfair or the manufacturer could send us replacement seats that don't stink, we'd be happy campers. Otherwise, I would recommend people considering these stools to reconsider, unless they plan to keep them outside at all times.

These are gorgeous in our new space - they are sturdy, stylish, and very comfortable to sit on!
