Received my file cabinet. It is dented on the upper left flat side of the file cabinet. You could tell this was packaged like that because packing was very good and it could not have happened in shipping. It definitely was dented before it was shipped, Very disappointed seeing it is a nice looking file cabinet. Instead of returning, they offered a 20 refund. I kept the item as I didn’t want to have to wait to and have another one shipped out. That would be another month waiting.Disappointed in Florida

I got 2 of these. One is dented.

Easy to put together. I did it by myself in less than 30 minutes and I even surprised myself .

I liked the black metal file cabinet that I had purchased from Wayfair in March of 2024 so I ordered another one. The first file cabinet key turns smoothly but for the one that was just delivered, it’s hard to turn the key and feels like the key is going to break. Both file cabinets were well packed with metal packing braces on 2 sides of the cabinet. I have not put the casters on the 2nd file cabinet yet. I’m going to contact customer service about the lock. When I placed the order for the 1st cabinet, the description said it was a Hoyer by Zipcode Design. I received a cabinet from Yiti Home. But it looked just like the picture on the order/website and I liked it so that didn’t matter. There’s a caster to support the bottom drawer when it is opened to keep the drawer level. I wanted an identical cabinet so I selected from “My Orders” under “Account”. Now it said the cabinet was Canesha by Wade Logan. I called customer service and they said they are all the same file cabinets. The second file cabinet that was delivered was a Yiti Home. It matches the first cabinet I bought and that’s what I wanted. I don’t understand why they change the names/manufacturers.
