Not enough holes were pre made, and chipped desk arrived.

If I could give this zero stars I would. When the box arrived, it looked like it had been opened and retakes. The hardware was loose in the box and parts were missing. Like other reviews on this product, there was damage to the corners as can be seen in the pictures. My guess is that I was shipped a Damaged desk that was returned by Another unhappy customer. I will be contacting customer service for a refund.

The desk is aesthetically pleasing. it’s pretty looking once built. The desk feels a bit flimsy. When you lean on it you can feel it go down a bit. There was chunks of particle wood missing at the edges. Luckily most of the pieces that were chipped away was on the edges where the gold covering had to go so that covered most of it. I had to also drill my own holes in. The packaging had to be the worst part of it all. Everything just looked thrown in. The screws were just thrown in, not in a baggy or anything, just thrown in. The boxes had holes and I was so surprised none of the screws were missing. My husband wanted me to return it but I was honestly in need of a desk and had been looking for a while! Office furniture is in high demand now considering the circumstances. They’re either over priced, ugly or sold out. And I hate dreadful returns, I decided to just deal with it and keep it. It’s pretty but not worth the money

Great desk for the price. The top is darker than in the pictures - it’s more like a browngraywhite imitation marble than graywhite - but it’s really pretty regardless. Exactly what I needed!

The look of the desk is nice, but it arrived with a lot of small scratches and a cracked corner. The materials feel cheap and the metal frame has a rough scratchy texture.
