ZanowitZ Solid Wood Dining Chair (Set of 4)

The chairs are nice,and they can hold lots of weight. Two of the backs of my chairs was damaged. Called Wayfair customer service and they offered me a discount or to ship out two backs. I took the two backs because I really like the chairs. And the customer service representative was very kind and helpful. I really felt that he was truly concerned.

Specification deceiving/wrong. Claims to be oak wood. Likely rubber wood with a brown staining that gets a bit strange in places (see pictures) but not any type of oak that I am familiar with. The lattice on the back is some type of plywood. Sturdy design. Parts were accurately made and relatively easy to assemble (4mm ball hex driver will make it easier). No missing parts. A few minor dings and a small hidden corner split that was easy to repair. Packaging was good and seemed to protect the product. I added a little polyurethane glue to the joints during assembly for durability and treated the seat fabric with name brand fabric protector. I put felt on the bottoms of the legs to protect the hardwood floors. Good value for the $60ea cost. Arrived on time.

EXCEEDED my expectations. So well-made. So graceful. So easy to assemble. So sturdy. Goes so well with our table (purchased separately from Wayfair.) thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I absolutely love these chairs. They are nice hard wood and were pretty easy to put together without any issues. I didnt experience any damages when they arrived either which was my biggest worry. They seem like nice sturdy chairs that will last a while.

the ZanowitZ Cross Back side Chairs are a great fit for my decor but we received some of the chairs scratched and dented.
