Packaging could do with a bit more infill to avoid movement of parts, but not bad overall. Material can scratch and can't be undone. Not natural veneer but synthetic one and print seems slightly off, but nice colours. Generally boards seem dense and of good quality. Overall units well made for what they are, fun putting together the main parts, good instructions. Not fan of the small screws used to fix the rails, hard to get them straight and so these stick out and can snag the wheels of the drawers; had to redo some after assembly. No soft close to drawers. The pull handle is a complete disappointment - poor quality plastic and snags thevtop drawers as there is no recess for these or tolerance between the drawers - will have to change to something quality. I like the units, these look good so a pity about the little points, especially the poor pull handles and lack of tolerance for these (this detail gives them a much poorer feel the overall product actually deserves). If the handle and fixing of rails were to be resolved, I'd give it a 4-4.5 star.
