The chair looks really nice and is comfortable. It’s a soft leathery feel, not cold. The padding is nice and looks good. The back doesn’t adjust to become higher/lower but is a good size for me - I’m about 5ft 5 and my neck rests against the top of the chair which is quite comfortable. The lumbar massage feels really nice, my old chair caused a bit of backache and this really helped. It was a nightmare to put together though! Definitely requires two people. It’s only a few pieces but it was really hard to get the screws to catch! The USB cable has to be plugged in to work (rather than charging a battery) and the cable isn’t very long but there’s a pocket on the back so you could potentially plug it into a battery pack and tuck it in the pocket on the back of the chair.

Let me start by saying that I've always wanted to be the ruler of my own kingdom, but instead, I'm stuck in this 9-to-5 office job. But, thanks to the Ayward Executive Chair, I can at least feel like the king of my cubicle! As soon as I plopped down into this majestic throne of an office chair, I felt a rush of power, as if I were about to address my loyal subjects (colleagues) and decree some new office policies. The Ayward Executive Chair's plush cushioning cradles your posterior like a regal throne should, and the smooth swivel function makes it easy to pivot around and survey your office fiefdom. The faux leather covering on this chair gives it that royal look, but you don't have to worry about the peasants (spills) staining it – it's surprisingly easy to clean. The armrests are like the parapets of your castle, providing a perfect perch for your elbows as you plot world domination. There's even a recline function that lets you lean back and contemplate your impending office conquests. My only minor gripe is that the recline could be a little more extensive. I want to be able to lean back so far that I start giving orders from a horizontal position! One feature I truly appreciate is the height adjustment, which allows you to elevate your throne to new heights – quite literally. I often find myself raising my chair to its maximum height just to remind my coworkers that I'm not to be trifled with. The only downside to this chair is that it doesn't come with a built-in crown or a scepter holder. I had to buy those separately, but it was totally worth it to complete my office king ensemble. In conclusion, the Ayward Executive Chair might not make you a true monarch, but it will make you feel like one, even if it's just in the kingdom of your cubicle. If you want to rule your office with style and comfort, this chair is fit for an executive... or a king!

A little difficult to put together but the instructions were clear. The chair is very comfortable.

It’s a great looking office chair aesthetically. Love the quilted design on seat and back, and heat function is such a bonus. Received today, day earlier than expected, so pleased with that. Putting it together took a bit longer than expected , because the screws for the sides were a bit hard to screw in, that’s why given 4 stars. Apart from this easy to put together and is so comfortable! So pleased because the first chair we had to return as it fell apart. Feels very smooth when moving it too and is sturdy, well built. Thank you!
