The pieces were poorly labeled, making it a lot more difficult to put together. I am very handy, and I had to take a minute to put this together. Plus it came with missing pieces. I was not able to complete the bottom. Lucky for me my wife didn't want the stand sitting higher.

Horrible , horrible experience. I put in my order for almost $500 worth of product. I received the order confirmation. Early the next morning, I get notice that the first of two products will be delivered that day. At this point, I am happy. The item was not delivered. So I tracked it on Fedex.com only to find that, not only had the date changed, but the address was my previous address over 1300 miles away. I immediately called Wayfair to reroute the delivery. Wayfair advised me to call Fedex. Fedex advises that that the shipper has to make the changes. I call Wayfair back and they inform me that they will now make the changes that I asked them for in the first conversation 3 hours prior. The Wayfair customer service person coordinates with Fedex on the phone and gives me a confirmation number for the transaction with both shipments. At this point, I am still somewhat satisfied to not have my products delivered to a house where I know that Fedex will drop off without even so much as ringing the doorbell. Yay Wayfair. When I wake the next morning, I have a text message saying that Fedex has delivered the package to same wrong address. Boo Fedex. Wayfair then corrects the issue by resending the item out which is an option that they could have utilized from the start. Three days later, I get an email saying that the second shipment had been delivered to the wrong address. Bad Wayfair. They then reship the second item out to my correct address. Two days later, I get another text saying that Fedex has delivered the first item to the wrong address AGAIN. I called Wayfair...LIVID....and told them to reship my item expedited. They complied. I, finally, get my second shipment two days later and to my current address but with no manual or assembly instructions. I call Wayfair once again they inform me that this manual doesn't exist as an online download. SO they will have to ship it out to me within on business week. Product....but no product. I finally decide that I may be able to figure it out on my own, which I did. It took some time because the item had some incorrectly drilled holes and parts that did not match up. The next day, the first item which is now the second item, finally arrives with no issues. Horrible, horrible experience.
