Nostrand 2 - Piece Living Room Set

It has broken in less than a month!!!! I have been sick at home and am only calling them now to get it sorted but it was smaller than advertised and the cushions have BOTH sunk in the middle. Rubbish. How can this be ALMOST £1000!!!!!!!! I can feel the Metal springs ( which have hurt my back ) so I’ve had to sit on the floor with a cushion !!! The fabric on the sides was ripped when it arrived and the delivery people were a joke. My partner had to carry it up the stairs with them and they left it in the hall way as they said they couldn’t get it in. The legs are only fixed with one screw on each leg as the other two on each leg doesn’t tighten. AGAIN I am very disappointed and appalled that something that cost a £1000 is of this poor quality.

I had been looking everywhere for a sofa that is a true scarlet red, but they all seemed to be more of a burgundy wine colour, so I am absolutely delighted with this sofa. It is a lovely bright colour and looks fantastic in my living room. My only reservation is that it has just a 1-year guarantee, and whilst it was not the most expensive sofa, I would certainly hope it lasts longer than that. It is also worth mentioning that although it states in the specification that cushions are not included, mine arrived with all the cushions shown in the photograph.

The material was completely different (We got East Light Grey) to the picture, shiny rather than matte but Wayfair dealt with it really well and offered us different options to resolve it.

Beautiful sofa and extremely pleasing on the eye - we got everything that we requested apart from the capability to attach the legs ... once remedied, now in pride of place!
