Beautiful Product however incorrect colour was received after a long lead time. I requested a refund and return on 11th December. I arranged collection on Friday 13th Dec. At 7.35 on 13th DHL text me collection is 8.36 to 9.36. They never arrived. I waited all day and no collection. On Mon 16th at 7.25 I got a text from DHL collection 7.16 - 8.16. DHL never turned up. I contacted Wayfair. Arranged collection for 17th. I received a text from DHL at 7.35 stating collection 7.35 - 8.35. DHL didn’t turn up. Contacted Wayfair told to wait until 8pm. Waited no DHL. 3 days confined to the house waiting on a collection that never happens. I have to pay for the collection it is just not acceptable and still NOT resolved. I have asked for a refund and in full told no! Told I still have to pay for collection it’s absolutely ridiculous and the worst most unprofessional discussion I have ever had with a customer service team. Still waiting on resolution.
