We purchased a "Sofie" named 3-seater recliner in October 2020. There were issues with the first two (!) sofas received and they had to be replaced. Now in less than 3-years, the foam cushioning on one of the seats has "failed" making it very uncomfortablee at that end of the of the sofa. Perhaps we have just been unlucky ??
