4 Seater Sofa Bed

Okay so this is a complex one! Personally I like this sofa, its compact for our space, its an unconventional size so it did fit perfectly in our living area. The idea of managing it to be right or left side is a lovely thought, for you never know! It turning into a bed and having small storage spaceinsde is great too. I wanted the cream Boucle but that was out of stock so I opted for the beige boucle (which is more light Greige to be honest), nice fabric, comfortable all in all. BUT, here comes the complex part, you can tell the make is not great, you have to assemble the sofa, it comes in two big boxes, you have to assemble both parts together and assemble the arm rests too, thats fine for now. Now our sofa had multiple issues, lets break them down 1. The lounge chaise’s back reclined (initially we thought it was a recliner as written in description, till we found out its actually broken) , 2. One of the armrests did not align with the chaise, it did not sit on the floor like the other side , 3. The storage space was loose from the bottom. Basically the sofa had issues, and to be honest Wayfair never disappointed me with their customer care, they booked me a repairman for the issue and offered a return refund whatever it is, I did like the sofa so I opted for repairman. Heres the tricky part I googled the images of the sofa and found out the original manufacturer. I contacted them as well and they offered to repair the damaged part and Wayfair confirmed that so I had two options the repair man and the repair parts I stayed with both options. The repair man appointment came first he fixed all the issues. The other armrest is a bit inclined but it’s not that big of a deal, but basically the sofa is not perfect at all, anyways I went ahead and cancelled the repairs that were going to be sent because it took a lot of time and energy from my side to go through all this, at the end the sofa was repaired. I’ve got a good deal from Wayfair. So if you are thinking about it, the make is not great again but the overall experience is not that bad, the sofa itself can come damaged or not ideal, it is definitely not worth it’s original price, I got it on sale, hence the number of stars I put. For now, its been a month and we like it so far, I dont know how long it will last us, but eventually we are okay with it. I did 3 stars because the sofa is actually nice for an online purchase and not having tried it before and so on, but I would rate the whole thing 3-3.5
