Poor quality, different blue colour.

Awful experience. Delivery company XDP threw the 2 boxes with all frames and metal bars of the bed over a 2 metre tall fence, damaging not only the content of the parcels but also my property. My decking is damaged after this outrageous delivery. It has got holes from puncture from the corner of the boxes and from the impact, one of them is the size of an egg. In what world are we living? How can something like this be possible? I need everything fixed right away. Tried to get in touch over both live chat and telephone with them for more than one hour without any success. Raised this matter on all their contactable channels and currently awaiting for any info. No updates or communication about the item being delivered. I had no idea it was arriving otherwise I would have done arrangements to be at home. Checked the tracking app arround 9am today, latest update was from 4th of December. Only got a text message out of nowhere that I am the next stop with just 3 minutes prior to the delivery driver arriving at my house and chucking the parcels over the fence. They could have called and asked for advise, all this could have been prevented. Upon seing the message I was just 5 mins away from home, got inside and now I was waiting for the delivery to be completed. Upon heading to my back window noticed the boxes laying down on the decking. It is a total shock. I cpuld not believe my eyes as the only way having them there was to be thrown over a 2m fence. Never taught that I will be going through an experience of this kind. Don't even want to know the state of the bed considering it was thrown from 2m height and the boxes getting soaking wet. I have not opened them or broke the seal to be able to get this matter sorted out first. Still no resolution after more than 2 weeks. I am passed between Wayfair and XDP the delivery company and nobody is taking ownership. Update after 4 months = Wayfair passed my issue to XDP, As they are an independent carrier. XDP = after receiving all evidence, refusing to acknowledge that the damage was made by their delivery driver and closed all the routes of communication. Therefore, after all this time and wait I am left with the damage and I have to pay to get it fixed out of my own pocket. Just outrageous experience. Avoid this delivery Company !!!!

The frame sits perfectly, no issues, though the manual instructions aren’t as clear as they should be , can be bit confusing which can take you time if you ever do it , but the actual frame once set up it’s great .

Photo looks nothing like the actual bed, be mindful it’s more of a really dark midnight blue and looks black in most lights
