Alexsys 2 Seater Teddy Sofa

Customer service out of this world no faults here took more than what it said to arrive and still waiting on the other item. Sofa however was difficult to out together as the holes and bolts to screw in did not align up had to put quite abit of force against to attach. Looks good

Firstly the sofa was very difficult to errect which tells you something straight away. I would suspect it would be impossible for some people to attemt. took me 2 hours! The main reason for this poor rating is that it looks nothing like the picture on the web site or matches the description. The sofa looks and is cheap, lack of cushioning or no cushioning makes it very uncomfortable to sit on. Arms are just the frame with the cheap false wool covering. When we attemted to let Wayfair know of the problem they just offered a 15% reduction or pay for the shipping to return it. It is not worth the cost of shipping and would be better being shiped in the boot of my car to the waste and re-cycle centre. Such a shame to misslead customer in this way and offer no support when issues are flagged. Poor product and customer service.

Adorable sofa. A little difficult to put together. Disappointed that only the back cushion covers are removable and not the seating covers, not sure how this material would come up with a sponge wash so will be using a blanket on the bottom. It is quite hard to sit on but could be because it’s new. It’s also not as deep as it looks in the pictures, with extra cushions you would struggle with room.
