Gorgeous unit. Absolutely lovely. The most appalling, shocking, disgraceful experience of receiving this unit. XDP, the freight carrier have behaved beyond unprofessionally. 3 texts for delivery over 5 days where the unit never arrived, then when it came unnotified, the drivers then refused to bring to our first floor flat. The delivery clearly stated first floor flat. My husband who had a double knee replacement 10 weeks ago, was expected to carry it upstairs or they would not leave it. After some negotiation they literally brought to top of stairs and buggered off, leaving him to push it along the floor until I got home to help him. It only weighed 45kilo. Not an overtly heavy unit for two young men….. customer service have offered general platitudes, but no real solution, and the whole experience wasn’t worth the £600 for the unit.

Item has scratch on front and over packaged. Took 45 minutes to get into it on my own ! Nice item
