Package to be ashamed of. Box not completely closed Parts lying lose within the Box Received only three chairs (ordered 4) One chair does not stand right (almost 2 to 3 cm missing to the floor see picture attached) I think it is good that you return the purchase value but that the customer has to get rid of the stuff? That takes time and eventually costs money as well... One Star for the chairs and the service. Totally disappointed.

Nice chairs. However, ordered 6, only 2 arrived, had to wait for almost 2 more weeks for the last 4 to arrive.

The chair looks nice, but unfortunately mine was delivered with a hole in the fabric. Customer service were courteous, but again the issue was not sorted as a replacement would take 2 months, even though they had stock in the warehouse?

Look good, gold legs look a bit cheap. But overall good and solid
