I would absolutely give this zero stars if I could. The whole process has been horrendous. So when I first received this product I built it and the base was buckled so it didn't sit flush with the ground and it rocked. I contacted Wayfair, sent them photographic evidence and requested a replacement base. They then only sent me out one side of the base rather than the whole thing. The side they sent me wasn't the side that was damaged either so I was still no further forward. Again I contacted Wayfair and they sent me out a whole new chair. To my frustration I had exactly the same issue, the base was completely warped and rocked. This is obviously a quality issue. I find this very very poor for the price point of the chair! I mean it's not a budget chair by any means and I expected much better quality! The Wayfair online chat was very handy and I couldn't fault that.

Very comfortable and the metal slide legs take up less space and keep the weight light.

Chair is exactly what we need. There was a problem with the one we received which you resolved very quickly. All companies have problems, the good ones sort them out. You sorted out ours. Thank you
