End Result was fine but this product is seriously heavy and the guide line of 60 minutes to assemble is grossly under estimated. Im no idiot but it took me a good five hours to put together and as I said its VERY heavy so you will need another person...preferable a weightlifter to help get it upright once one sussed out how to put together. Instructions are just illustrations and no written help to go with them Its a lovely bookcase but I was seriously challenged by its assembly.

It ok but would not recommend to anyone not good at DIY ! EVEN WHEN UP ITS VERY EASY WOBBLEY . NEEDS FIXING TO WALL, ALSO IMPOSIBLE TO GET BACK ON THE UNIT!!

More than happy once put together, but it would have been so much easier if each packet of screws etc had a corresponding number with the instruction booklet. We used wrong screws and couplings were 2 different sizes. BUT we got there.

Assembly of this bookcase takes longer than the 60 minutes specified in the instructions, especially if you're doing it on your own like I did. The problem is there are several parts which need to be screwed into on the wood pieces but there are no predrilled holes. The instructions state that these parts must be placed at a certain point, so measurement is required and then you must drill the screw into that point. This took up most of my time, however trying to get the back panel on the back of the bookcase was difficult and time consuming as well. However, after many hours I finally completed the assembly of the bookcase and the finished product looks like the photos and looks good.
