The bed itself is OK although I was told on the phone that the whole base of the bed could be used for storage - in fact only half of it can and then only for small items because of the size of the sliding door openings. The mattress is good - better than I expected. The delivery arrangements were a complete shambles. After receiving the notification email, it took a further week as they couldn't get all three packages to the same delivery warehouse!!
