Easy to put together, very comfortable, love the vibration, heat & footrest. Would recommend

It’s decent chair though Massager feature is not that great as the remote control to operate massager is not very reliable. In my case it became non-functional in just 2-3 months.

It’s not as good as I thought it was going to be. Also the function don’t match with buttons. Eg if you press “back” the neck function goes and neck is lumbar and lumber is back etc. the screws for the armrests were all worn and wouldn’t screw into the bolt. I had to buy my own to fit. Quite comfy though

Great office chair. Very supportive. Didn't think the massage section of the door would be much good but am pleasantly surprised. Overall delighted with the purchase and well worth the money.

Bought at the sale price and very pleased. Easy to assemble, comfortable, easy to adjust height and recline. Massage and heat function is fun. Quite a loud buzz when massage is on but for home office (not a shared space) it's fine. Would prefer slightly longer mains lead cable but an extension lead an easy solution.
