Poor quality. If I was more motivated I'd send it back. One of the bolts didn't go in for armrest(nothing to grip). I would not recommend.

The head rest isn't adjustable, so it's only usable when you want to lean back and stare at the ceiling. The seat is too far from the back rest and can only be moved further away, not closer. All this made the chair average but then it only lasted just over a year before it gave up the ghost. They know why they set the warranty at only 6 months! Abysmal!
