Comfortable, supports my back & thighs. The heat pad heats my lower back & the massage mode is for the back, lower back & thighs which is very relaxing after working all day. The colour (brown) is deep and matches with my other furniture and the construction is very good. The chair was delivered in 48 hours however Evri was the courier selected where they left a large box on y doorstep and didn't bother ringing the doorbell to ensure delivery.

At the discounted price this chair is ok, at the apparent RRP this chair would not be worth it at all. The pictures fail to show how messy the cables truly are. You can tell corners have been cut during production as the Allen key element of the screw had not been cut out on a few. Instructors not exactly clear or easy (common sense prevailed though) Seat itself is comfortable but not worth the full price. Overall Meh.
