Bought two leather sofas in black in the second to final month of its warranty the one sofa split where the cushions meet I was offered £125/refund to which was agreed by seller and I excepted,after the refund had been credited to my card account The store hsdva change of mind in my refund saying it was not in warranty,I told them it had a one year warranty

The whole process and purchase from Wayfair was excellent. The delivery of the sofas by Phil and Kori was excellent. They were so professional and really nice people to deal with nothing was a problem for them 5 star. Excellent overall I will certainly use Wayfair again.Thank you.
