Dear Sirs, Your product has arrived to me. Unfortunately, I am not very satisfied. There are quite visible scratches on the shelves and other shortcomings. I am dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship. I hope that you will be able to do something about it in the future.

Looked twice size on pic . Very poor quality didn't look painted

First picture is so deceptive - this bookcase was tiny and of no use
