all the holes for the top have been drilled wrong.. unbelievably poor, will never shop from here again and want a refund or replace

Who ever manufactured this product needs to go back to the drawing board as from the first step of putting this together my husband had to redrill the holes in metal drawer fixings to fit the screws provided. For a flat pack item which should of taken a couple of hours at the most, this project has taken over 8 hours and for the outcome we still cannot use or a line the drawers after many attempts as they get caught and do not run smoothly on the runners. Our daughter had her heart set on this dressing table so carried on but if it wasn't for letting her down I would certainly be sending this item back. I will be sending my complaint to Wayfair and asking for a full refund immediately as this isn't worth the money we paid. The finish of wood looks an off grey rather than white and the lights are spaced out far too much on the wiring. Sorry the only easy part to assemble was the stool quite frankly. We did our best but please do not purchase this item.

It is a beautiful desk and wayfair was very helpful in customer service. I feel the quality is worth the price and it makes my room much more aesthetically pleasing.

The worst quality item I have ever bought. The wood is a cheap quality with a very poor finish, edges can see wood through slightly looks dirty before it’s new. The wood came and it didn’t even feel dry when screwing into it, screwing was a nightmare! Some screws just wouldn’t tighten into wood! And the draws are horrific they don’t even run on the runners smoothly get stuck half way and needs to be pulled hard and pushed hard to open and close fully awful quality for what you pay. And don’t think your getting lovely lights with this dressing table the wires far to long and it would just be able an absolute mess if you put them on. Overall shabby cheap and nasty

I bought this dressing table for my daughter and she loved it. Instructions could be better. Overall it’s a great product.
