Built it properly but the recline lock is awful and doesn't fully hold you. So, recline locked on and i sit back, im still at a really bad angle that a dentist could probably work on my teeth. I built it correctly and its not faulty, likely just this chairs design flaw.

Chair looks nice, but that is where good things seem to end. The seat is overall tiny, the armrests too short- seemingly only exist to keep your hips in place, and the base of the chair is smaller than depicted in the pictures. Having owned this chair for 10 days only, I have painfully noticed an asymmetrical warp in the seat that caused the back of the chair to lean far too backward, making it near impossible to comfortably or safely use it to provide back support. It feels as if it is impossible to sit back in this chair and with the feet of the chair being shorter than the actual width of the seat itself, it is unbalanced, having fallen back once already from just the action of me standing up from it. The chair also doesn’t feel sturdy, the back piece is held on by four screws screwed into the arms only, offering no metal plate or support to keep the back in place otherwise, and with a defective chair such as mine, this makes it incredibly unsafe and risky to even attempt to sit back in. I’d give this a 2 if it weren’t for the price, there are many better options out there and I recommend you steer away from this one.

Great chair, easy to put up and very comfortable with all the padding. I sit in this chair for around 9 hours a day and after around 8 months of use its still great. It would be better with a little back support but I find a small cushion in the small of my back does the job well.

Had the chair for around 18 months. Gets used mainly in the evenings and at weekends so only a few hours a week. The seat cushion started to crack at the front a few months ago and now has black duck tape over it to try and stop it worsening. Now the arm rests are starting to crack. It was a 'cheap' chair but I would not have expected it to deteriorate over such a short time with the limited use it gets. Cannot recommend.

This chair seems good value for money. I posted a review on 29 March 2021 saying it might be a bit too upright and didn’t tilt properly but I have now discovered it wasn’t assembled properly! It now rocks beautifully. In my defence it would have been assembled correctly if it had come with instructions...
