Allagash Enclosed Coffee Table

Ordered this along with the Allagash TV Stand for my lounge as it fits nicely with the decor. Item arrived with slightly damaged packaging and a very minor scuff on the internal side. Not very visible but I contacted Wayfair anyway to notify them. They immediately apologised, issued a replacement free of charge and gave me 10% off a future order. I was already blown away by the level of customer service displayed when unfortunately there was an issue in the dispatch of the replacement. I reluctantly contacted again just to enquire when it would arrive so I could make arrangements. The customer service representative apologised again and reissued a new replacement immediately! She then provided tracking details whilst I was still on the phone and her extension in case of further issues. I am truly blown away by the customer service provided by Wayfair and will always shop here from now on. A very happy customer.

It’s alright, all the parts didn’t really fit very well together, also managed to put a hole through the middle top whilst putting it together because of how thin the table itself is but that was my fault I guess, covered it with a coffee book haha!

Arrived 2 days after ordering.well built and only took me 25 mins to assemble.looks nice and got it on sale...very happy.

Quality looks brilliant. Easy to assemble, you need to hammer wooden bars but it gives it strength. Only drawback is its low height. But overall satisfied
