Great desk good quality

Really happy with the quality, sturdiness and aesthetics of this desk. Assembly was easy to follow and I am really pleased with the purchase.

Item delivered packaging was damaged and a flimsy piece of cardboard placed over damaged area. When unpacked desk top that faces outwards was damaged. Two of the draws were damaged. The wood glue that was supplied was burst open and had solidified rendering it useless. Had to travel to hardware store to get replacement wood glue at £4.99. Had to try to glue the broken drawers together (hopefully they will hold). Side of desk has a blemish on it were the hole in the chipboard has been drilled too far, therefore leaving a noticeable protusion. Other areas of the desk had scrapes and gouges in them (fortunately these were covered by other components). The instructions are ridiculous and the components should be labelled. The materials are poor quality in general, cheap feeling plastic handles. Only saving grace is the product looks okay when built. Overpriced considering the materials used.

The unit was good but the delivery was terrible. All boxes damaged and not all boxes delivered together.
