Poor production quality and QA. One back had incomplete stitching and frame and back hole alignment so tight screw sheared. Out of 8 chairs (2 x 4) only two matched hole alignment all others out and need a little force, supplied countersunk screws foe base with washers, not very professional. As made in China I suspect manual production by hand without templates. 2 chairs out of 8 require replacements.
