Barwick Wall Storage Organiser with Key Hooks/Mail Storage

Extremely disappointed. The first time I ordered this organizer the wood came split on the back just above the key hooks. Even if we'd repaired it, it probably wouldn't have held because of the placement of the split. So we ordered a replacement. And that one came with exactly the same crack, only this time it was all the way through to the front, so it was split on the front AND back. The packaging was subpar (dented and misshapen even before the box was opened) so it could've happened in transit or before being shipped. Either way, I won't be purchasing from this seller again.
