Bookcase, 4 shelf storage unit, pre sanded pine with slatted shelves

At least two of the screws supplied sheared while screwing in, before even reaching the point of holding the unit together properly. The unit was eventually assembled using my own screws.

These shelves are lightweight but suitable for my purpose. Easy to erect but need securing to a wall for strength and stability

instructions for assembly were very basic. there were no pilot holes in the end of the shelves themselves although they were present in the pieces which held the shelves together.
