Forthill Upholstered Armchair

It is an extremely comfortable chair however, the day I received it, I fell asleep in it. When I awoke, the back cushion was creased. After sleeping in it for a week, the back cushion creased as severely as in the photo. Having endured the unsightly mess for a year, I’ve ordered a less costly beige wing-backed chair from Wayfair to replace it. It’s upholstered in crease-resistant linen-look polyester, so it should prove ideal and allow me to snooze in it without concern.

The chair looks lovely but it’s hard not soft like the other reviews said!! It was also very uncomfortable and I now have a pain in my neck (literally!) because of it. I wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known. And what a hassle returning it and getting a refund! I don’t know what’s happened to Wayfair but they certainly need to pull their socks up!
