Stuttgart 3 Door Wardrobe

I ordered the three set of wardrobes and the two set. Firstly the wardrobes sent, the two piece were different parts to another wardrobe and came damaged and also the three piece set came damaged. As soon as they were put up and clothes were put in, they collapsed so no we are left with no wardrobes and lost a lot of money. We were so excited for these to arrive as they looked so nice and they are nice wardrobes but was gutted to see how damaged there were on arrival and for them to collapse as soon as clothes were put in. I’ve had stuff from wayfair before and always been happy but so upset and hugely disappointed with these wardrobes. Will not be purchasing anything like this from here again.

The drawer fronts are all faulty. They have not been routed put they have been done with a skill saw and base doesn't fit. Pls re send 6 new drawer fronts that have been done properly.

This looks absolutely stunning in my daughters room! The wardrobe arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was put together by a professional which I would highly recommend as Im not sure I would have fully understood the instructions. The handles look nice and over all a high quality product. I would definitely recommend and would buy again in the future.

We purchased the Stuttgart 3 door wardrobe, then read the reviews. To be honest I’m glad we did as if we had read before I’m not sure we would have purchased it, all in all it’s good, seems solid enough and looks lovely but only time will tell. My husband assembled it pretty much on his own and took a little over 2hrs, the instructions are simple enough to follow. There is room for improvements , the handles are plastic they would be much smarter if they were aluminium, and as pictured the brackets for the hanging rails are also plastic but do have a screw to hold them in the pre drilled holes, again time will be the test on this. I’ve do like the fact that you can configure the shelves and hanging rail to suit with the pre drilled holes, however there are a lot of them.The wardrobe was delivered within a week of ordering and communication via email was good. However when the parcels turned up some were quite badly damaged, this was worrying having read other reviews, yes there is very minor damage to a couple of the larger panels on the rear corners but to us this wasn’t enough of an issue to return it. My husband said that there wasn’t enough glue supplied but had wood glue in the garage so not an issue. All in all we are happy with the product and have ordered the double door wardrobe to match, and are waiting for the chest or draws to come back into stock. We believe that if the packaging was better the product would get a lot more positive reviews as would have less damage complaints reviews. As for the quality My husband said what do people expect, it’s flat pack furniture, not a hand made piece of furniture, value for money is fair.
