Came without instructions, without assembly tool and with a dented shelf (i think, since i am missing the instructions!). It does seem to have all the parts, just going off of the numbering. I've reached out to customer services with a picture of the dent via WhatsApp but I was asked to send it over email because, for some reason, the representative was unable to see it. I question this highly, but I sent it again. I am still waiting for the instructions. Not sure why a PDF would take more than 24h to be sent to me. Kind of disappointed honestly. (I'm also trying to add the same picture here but I am being told my phone took "the wrong kind of file" which I find incredibly hilarious)
