Unfortunately the sofa arrived damaged, however Wayfair as usual provided absolutely excellent customer service and sorted the issue immediately. I’ve still given the sofa five stars though because apart from the damage in transit, the sofa is beautiful and really well made. Thick well padded seating and back cushions that may feel a bit firm to begin with but that also means it will stay new looking for longer before cushions wear in. Really expensive and classy looking along with great comfort. Because of the first class customer service that Wayfair provide, you can buy with confidence.

Exceeded any expectations I had. Comfortable, easy to clean, solid couch. Classic look and just what I was after.

Came packaged and built so just had to remove wrapping. Great product, material is really good quality, nice finish to feet which are easy to screw in.
