Tyle Highboard Charlotte 86 cm Wide with a convenient handleless solution

Let’s start with the instructions. They are a bit difficult to get to grips with as none of the parts are labelled (there are a lot of parts). So following the instructions is hard. The start of booklet is easy, but once you get into the middle, I wish you luck. Assembling the unit together is a nightmare, you have to do your own thing. Do not follow the instructions. Build quality: thick material and decent. Although the screws that are supplied are useless. They round so easy! Be prepared to be drilling/screwing everything together. No nails to put the bottom of the draws on or anything. Overall: It really isn’t worth the price. Parts were missing. Holes were not drilled where they should be or didn’t exist (so drilled myself). The cryptic instructions make the assembly dangerous. However the build quality is good.

I like the product, but the assembly instructions were quite hard going and incorrect in one or 2 places. Unfortunately there is a visible area of damage to the top left hand corner, but by the time I noticed it I was already committed to the assembly and had broken up the other furniture it was replacing so had to continue.

Some holes weren’t drilled. I do not recommend this. Naomi from Customer service was brilliant.
