Not even 12 months old, very light use and this. Disappointed as any other purchases have been great.

I bought this for my daughter and she totally loves it. Great size and a perfect fit! Comfortable and can move around easily.

replaced once as high/low packed up. Had replacement some time and the metal pressing on mounting plate ripped leaving jagged edges on pillar and had i not stopped myself from falling backwards when the seat parted from base it would probably ripped my legs to pieces. inferior metal were round pressing is made to join on to mounting plate. As a one legged chair, the mounting plate is to thin and inferior steel and should outlast the life if the chair which the rest still in good condition as only occasionally used. I could have received serious head, back and leg injuries had i not managed to save myself when the metal base gave way, I would not recommend this chair.
