Damaged when opened looks like a previous returned item some panels cracked and glued back together only half the instructions would have been a nightmare to repack and return so I put it in them in would not trust Wayfair again disgraceful behaviour

Hello, I purchased a sideboard from you about three months ago, and the product is in very bad condition. The doors are not closing properly, some doors have come off because the cabinet is unbalanced, and some wooden parts are broken. I have already contacted you before to request a refund, but I have not received any reply. I am very dissatisfied with this order. The sideboard is still in my garage because it is unusable.

Quailty wise the unit was pretty sturdy and looked to last. However, the colour patern of one of the door panels was incorrectly aligned, namely the outer side should be on the inside instead. Fortunately the irregular colour or discoloured look which gives it a vintage look helps to disguise such misalignment
