Stebbins Divan Bed Base

NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. I ordered this item, divan base, mattress and headboard and received confirmation that the item would be delivered on 10 November. I then received a 2nd email advising that the item would be delivered on 2 November. On 28th October (without any notification) the divan base arrived together with the headboard (good job I was in really), which was covered in some disgusting black grime all over the plastic wrap. The screws to hold the headboard in place were missing and there was no mattress. I spent the next hour trying to find a telephone number and eventually found one and got through to a lady called Heather who told me the consignment had been split and the mattress was being delivered separately and that she would arrange for a hardware pack for the bed to be sent. She said that I should check the tracking and to contact her in a few days if it was not updated. I waited until 2 November and the tracking had not been updated so I emailed her, this has been ignored. I then contacted customer services by chat and spoke to Margaret on 3rd November who told me that my mattress was being delivered on 4th November and forwarded a copy of the email I was sent. I queried this as it specifically said that this was in respect of the hardware package (screws for headboard) being delivered in a small package by DHL with a tracking number. I was assured by Margaret that this delivery had been updated and the mattress would be delivered on 4th November. It is the 4th November today and I have just checked the tracking number I was given to find out what time the item is to be delivered and the tracking number with DHL does NOT EXIST. I have had a divan base and headboard sitting in my freezing cold conservatory for a week now which is completely useless to me as I have no mattress and no fittings for it and nobody seems to be able to tell me when these items are arriving. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH WAYFAIR AGAIN
