Delivery was quick. The materials used feels cheap. One of four screws that connects the seat to the stand just rotates but doesnt tighten, to the chair is connected by 3 not 4 screws. The wheels jam from time to time and you end up dragging the chair across the floor instead of wheeling it. 2 stars only for the quick delivery. Really disappointed.
