Poor quality materials, nothing like the picture. Had to give it away as looked very ugly - feel and touch

lovely and comfortable chair only slight problem is that it goes down and have to keep putting it up but that’s not really an issue as it’s a really good price and comfortable

Comfy and adjustable. The only downside from my pov is that the seat drops a little each time you sit down so after a few uses you have to lift it to your desired position again, but overall Im happy with it

Delivery was delayed by the courier, but when the chair did arrive the mesh back had some grease style stains on it and looked as though it had been dragged across the floor upside down, with marks/dirt on the top. There are also scuff marks on other parts of the chair. It was a little fiddly to put together, but not too bad, and the chair itself is comfortable and supportive. Aesthetically I like the grey but wish it had grey casters instead of black.

Delivery took a long time but generally happy with the chair. Was easy to assemble and seems good quality. However, after a few weeks of use, I started getting back pain from it - the seat cushion foam does not have any resting so it feels like sitting on a brick and the lumbar support only goes up and down to a certain degree but not where I actually need it. I‘m quite disappointed that this is how it turned out
