White glove service guys were very nice and professional, the sofa looks great in my living room (even with the old one behind it until picked up). Discovered the fabric on the main piece (the one that has the bed underneath) damaged, have contacted Customer Services and waiting on resolution - hence the 4 stars.

Got the cream version, the fabric is so soft, sofa itself is firm and is perfect for our apartment. So far so good. We’re in love with it and have had so many compliments on it already. It is perfect for hosting. Can fit about 5 people sat across it comfortably. Cat also approves.

Its literally perfect! Easy to assemble, soft good quality.
